Rich and bold, this coffee features deep cocoa tones, caramel sweetness, and a smokey finish Roast Level: Bold Roast Level. Definitely dark, but not too dark. This is our Full City roast level as we aim to offer a darker coffee that still retains sweetness and complexity along with a darker, roasty taste.

Bright and balanced, this coffee offers citrus acidity, honey sweetness, and delicate floral notes. Roast Level: Light roast. Lightly roasted but not too delicate or acidic. Sweet notes and medium bodied can stand up to milk and sugar or shine as black coffee.

Smooth and balanced, this water process decaf coffee offers chocolate sweetness, nutty undertones and a clean finish. Roast Level: Medium roast. Sweet and balanced as drip coffee or as a decaf cappuccino.

Since then the coffees grown in the area of Santa Barbara have become world famous for their quality. The exceptional nature of these coffees can be attributed to fertile volcanic soil, the microclimate caused by Lake Yojoa at the base of the mountain, and the meticulous nature of the people in charge of quality control at San Vicente. Not only just an exporter, they also assist over 1,500 producers with planting, processing, and curating specialty lots, and this strong relationship based on trust, hard work, and passion for coffee shows in the cup.
